Die Schule

Seit ihrer Gründung im Jahre 1992 widmet sich die Schule d em Unterrichten von Spanisch als Fremsprache. Nicht nur Almuñecars Lage an der wundervollen und einzigartigen tropischen Küste Granadas und die Durchschnittstemperaturen von 20º im Winter und 30ºC im Sommer dind ein großer Vorteil der Stadt. Weiterhin ist es auch noch leicht zu erreichen, zum Beispiel von den Flughäfen in Granada, Malaga und Almeria aus.

Die Schule liegt mitten im Herzen der Altstadt . Wir sind nur eine Minute Fußweg vom Strand entfernt. Auch unsere Unterbringungen sind nicht weit von der Schule entfernt.

Spanischkurse

  • ALLGEMEINE INFORMATIONEN UND KURSBEGINN
    Es gibt keine Einschreibegebühr für unsere Kurse, abgesehen von den Kursen für Lehrer.
    Eine Unterrichtsstunde dauert 45 Minuten.
    Der Unterricht findet von Montag bis Freitag statt, außer an Feiertagen.
    Der Unterricht findet entweder morgens oder nachmittags statt, so dass die Schüler mit Ihren Gasteltern  zu Mittag/ Abend essen können.
    Der Unterricht findet vom ersten Tag an ausschließlich auf Spanisch statt.
    Die Schule stattet ihre Schüler mit allen notwendigen Unterrichtsmaterialien aus.
    Die maximale Studentenanzahl pro Kurs ist 8 (von Juni bis September 10) und die Mindestanzahl 2.  Wird die Mindestanzahl nicht erreicht, werden die Studenten darüber informiert und es werden Alternativen angeboten (z.B. eine Reduktions der Stundenanzahl, dafür aber Einzelunterricht) ohne Extrakosten.
    Am ersten Schultag machen die Schüler einen Einstufungstest, um ihr Spanischniveau zu bestimmen.
    Am Ende des Kurses erhält jeder Teilnehmer ein Teilnahmezertifikat.
    Zusätzlich zum Kurs wird ein attraktives Freizeitprogramm angeboten.

Dieser Kurs besteht aus 2 Stunden kommunikativer Grammatik und 2 Stunden Vokabeln und Konversation, mit mündlichen und schriftlichen Übungen täglich, so dass alle Bereiche der Sprache abgedeckt werden (Hören, Sprechen, Lesen und Schreiben).

DELE (Diploma de Español como Lengua Extranjera) Vorbereitungskurs 25 Stunden pro Woche

The Diplomas de Español como Lengua Extranjera (DELE) are official certificates, which prove the Spanish competence and command, given by Instituto Cervantes on behalf of the Spanish Ministry of Education and Science. There are three levels: DELE Beginner, Intermediate and Proficiency level.
IMSOL offers preparatory courses for the Diplomas de Español como Lengua Extranjera (D.E.L.E.) exams. This course has 5 classes / day specifically centred in familiarizing participants with the 5 different tests involved in the exam:
Oral Expression
Reading Comprehension
Use of Language
Writing
It is necessary that participants have already approximately the level of the exam they wish to do If not, the school will inform about the best option for them
(Examination charges are not included in the price of the course but we can arrange the papers for the inscription and provide participants with all the information about the dates and time of the different exams, etc. because we are a FEDELE Granada centre, organizer of DELE of Instituto Cervantes in this city).
Levels: B1, C1 and C2.
Starting Dates: Any Monday, throughout the year.
Min. Duration: 1 week.
Combined Course (20 group classes + 5 individual classes / week)

4 classes in a group and 1 individual class / day
This course has 4 classes / day in a group (2 classes of communicative grammar and 2 classes of vocabulary and conversation, with oral and writing practice) plus 1 individual class per day where the contents are "tailor made" to meet the participants' learning needs and preferences.
All the 4 skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing) are covered on the course.

Unterkunft

General Conditions for the accommodation:
There is no an extra fee to the accommodation price.
A week's stay begins on the Sunday before the start of the course and ends on the Saturday immediately after the course ends.
Supplements:
Extra Nights: The price for extra nights (arrival before or departure after the established dates) depends on the type of accommodation.
Accompanying Person: It is possible to come with an "accompanying person", who does not wish to take part in any course but does require accommodation. This person will pay for their chosen accommodation plus + an extra (see price list) and can take part in all the extra activities organized by the school.
Arrival time: From 16.00 h
Departure time: Before 12.00 h
Every participant will receive all the necessary bed linen but not towels or soap.
The average distance from the apartments to our school is about 5 minutes on foot.

On Mondays there is a guided tour of the town or surrounding areas in which we will discover curious details about the history and the legends surrounding the origin of the town, for example, visit to the historical centre, the Botanical Gardens: Parque del Majuelo and archeological site (F ábrica de Salazón), the Tropical Valley, etc.

Welcome parties in a bar on the beach in summer time.

Workshops on music, cinema, phonetics, Spanish and Latin-American History, Culture and Literature etc.

Debates and activities on current affairs.

Group Projects and presentations on topics of interest.

Every week we offer 2 different levels of Language Tutorials about situational language such as "At the Airport", "At the Shopping Centre",etc. and about grammar where we deal with the most difficult points of the Spanish language:"Ser y Estar", "Prepositions", "Por y Para", "When to use which Past Tense", etc.

Sport Activities in summertime: beachvolley, badminton, etc.

Beach Volley

Visits to some museums, monuments and shows which you have to pay for, with a guide of the school. Granada: Visit to the Alhambra and Generalife; Visit to the House-Museum García Lorca in Huerta de San Vicente and in Fuente Vaqueros and to the House-Museum Manuel de Falla; Visit to the Royal Chapel and the Cathedral; La Zambra Museum; Flamenco shows; etc.

Tapas' Tour: This is the most popular activity among students. Granada province is well-known all over the world for its tapas; it is not only a tradition, but also a way of life. Students will go to different bars, where for each drink you can taste one tapa for free (for example: a portion of tortilla española, potatoes, fish, meat in different styles, etc.). In this activity, students will pay for what they drink.
International dinners: We organize dinners in which both students and teachers will cook a traditional dish of their country or region. Everyone will taste different dishes and share traditions and recipes in SPANISH.
Cooking Workshops: In which yTapas ou can learn how to cook the main dishes of the Spanish cookery and then enjoy tasting them together.
