ALMUÑECAR

GRANADA

Granada, (270.000 inhabitants) is the capital of the andalusian province of GRANADA, in the south east of Spain, beautifully located at the foot of Sierra Nevada. The city is known as the cultural and intellectual centre of Andalucía and is famous for its historical legacy and the variety of architectural monuments such as the Alhambra.

The internationaly recognized University (third biggest university in Spain) with approximately 50.000 students contributes to Granadas dynamic and lively atmosphere. SALAMANCA

Salamanca is one of the oldest university towns in the world. An international atmosphere is created by students coming from all over the world to study Spanish here. It is the "La Plaza Mayor", regarded to be the most beautiful square in Spain, where this atmosphere is most noticeable. This is the favourite meeting place of the people of Salamanca as well as of foreign students.
